Workplace Campaign Toolkit

You are needed now more than ever.

People at a meeting

In 2020, many of us shifted to operating in a virtual world due to COVID-19, which significantly impacted our friends and neighbors who were already vulnerable. Social norms have been upended and the pandemic pushed many to the breaking point surrounding health, education and economic opportunity.

United Way of the National Capital Area is focused on the long-term recovery of our region as we make bold strides to reach equity for all.

When none are ignored, all will thrive.

As a Campaign Coordinator, your workplace campaign is a vital part of helping our community recover and increasing equity in our region. Your willingness to support by using your time and talent—and the generosity of your colleagues—to fuel our work (and the work of our 400 community partners) provides life-saving support for the children and families who need it the most.

The Campaign Toolkit is loaded with information, resources and everything you need to run a seamless and successful United Way Workplace Campaign—whether your employees are working remotely or in the office.
