This February, National Children’s Dental Health Month, individuals and companies across the country are joining America’s ToothFairy Smile Drive – a national campaign to raise awareness of the importance of oral health and collect oral care products for underserved children, organized by the National Children’s Oral Health Foundation.

Here are three simple ways you can participate:

  • Host an oral care product collection drive at your business, school, church, or other community location. Products you donate and collect can be donated to a clinic, shelter, Boys and Girls Club or other non-profit organization of your choice serving vulnerable children in your community. Click here to register and get information.
  • Donate to the America’s ToothFairy Toothbrush Fund. Your donation will help us deliver toothbrushes and other basic oral health care supplies to children in need.
  • Use your Amazon account to order toothbrushes in bulk and send them to America’s ToothFairy at the address below. We’ll provide them to partner clinics, schools, health professionals and volunteers to distribute at children’s educational programs.

Over the last two years, more than 660,000 oral care products have been collected through the Smile Drive. DEXIS, LLC, Atlanta Customer Care Center participated in the Smile Drive in 2015, collecting 847 oral care products for children in Atlanta.

“We were happy to hold a Smile Drive at our office,” said Jackie Raulerson, Manager of Media and Public Relations at DEXIS. “It allowed us to participate in a concrete way. We know that we are truly helping children who benefit from the care of our chosen charity, Hope Atlanta, by making this donation. With so much need, it’s gratifying we can offer children these dental care items and assist this organization doing such good work in our community.”

America’s ToothFairy provides participants a free Smile Drive Toolkit with everything you need to host your drive. Register now!

Join the movement to save young smiles by participating in the Smile Drive this February…because every child deserves a healthy smile!
