Join Community of Hope for a COVID-19 vaccine and testing event on June 25. Vaccines will be administrated by US Wellcare and self-test kits will be available to take home.

Come to River Terrace Park on June 25 to get free COVID-19 vaccines and tests at Five Medicine's mobile unit. This event is free to all community members and no insurance is required.

U.S. Wellcare will be administering COVID-19 vaccines and self-test kits will be available for all community members at this upcoming Community of Hope vaccine and testing event, being held June 28.

Join the East River Family Strengthening Collaborative on Saturday, July 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Soul of the City Market for free COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, provided by Five Medicine.
