Who We Are

Emerging Leaders are young professions up to 40 years old who harness their ambitions not only for their careers but for the improvement of the communities they live and work in.

Emerging Leaders understand they can amplify their impact by working with United Way NCA around the areas of health, education and economic opportunity. Through gifts, both financial and of time, Emerging Leaders give back to the region investing in them and gain leadership skills along the way.

Reasons to Join Emerging Leaders

The opportunities you will receive as an Emerging Leader include:

  • Volunteer opportunities through signature events like Project Community Connect, Stuff the Bus and skills-based volunteering.
